What is the Live Your Whole Life Platform?

The purpose of the Trinity Health colleague health, productivity and well-being initiative is to nurture a culture that supports our ability to care for ourselves, our families and our patients. This platform provides tools to support our colleagues. By caring for ourselves physically, mentally and spiritually, we can be at our best while we are at work and in other areas of our lives.

Who is eligible?

All Trinity Health colleagues are eligible (colleagues either enrolled and non-enrolled in medical plan) to use the Live Your Whole Life Platform.

  • ­Spouses and adults enrolled in a participating medical plan are also eligible for Live Your Whole Life
  • Children (minor and adult children) Do Not have access to the Live Your Whole Life platform

What’s in it?

Mindfulness Courses:

Members can access Whil programs through the Live Your Whole Life platform. Whil offers digital (video) training in mindfulness, yoga and leadership to reduce stress, improve resilience, and develop emotional management skills.

Included Modules:

  • Mindfulness 101 (10 sessions)
  • Yoga 101 (9 sessions) &
  • Emotional Intelligence 101 (10 sessions)

Healthy Habits:

Choose from over 320+ healthy habits in 14 key topic areas

24 new Healthy Habits specific to COVID-19 prevention and/or resilience practices

Self-select healthy habits based on personal interests and readiness to change

“Do” the healthy habit 5 of 7 days to participate

Journeys: Digital Coaching Modules:

Daily, self-guided courses to help build healthy habits through small steps

  • Five stress management modules
  • Newest Topics:
    • Navigate Health Situations
    • Beat the Blues (anxiety and depression)
    • Dial Back the Drinking (alcohol)

One on One Telephonic Health Coaching

For compliance reasons, telephonic health coaching is available to medically enrolled colleagues and spouses/eligible adults only

  • Holistic, whole-person coaching

Training accredited by National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching. All coaches follow National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) guidelines and requirements.
