Sister Angela Gillespie Servant Leader Award

The Servant Leader Award will be presented to the people leader who has demonstrated an outstanding Mission-driven leadership ability that exhibits communication, trust, cooperation, and respect for differences among team members. Evoking the spirit of the remarkable Angela Gillespie, Sisters of the Holy Cross Mother Superior during the Civil War era, this leader accepts responsibility and takes accountability in advancing team and community goals while being supportive and motivational to fellow colleagues and departments.

Any people leader who manages THSC colleagues, has been employed with THSC for 12 months or more, who is at the manager level or above and has direct reports, and who is in good standing (not currently on a PIP) is eligible for nomination.
